✅ Easy Returns – 14-Day Window
If you’re not completely satisfied with your order, you may return unused items within 14 days of delivery.
To initiate a return, please contact us at support@kimurafightwear.com with your order details and reason for return. We’ll guide you through the process.

Returned items must be in original condition, unused, and in their original packaging.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is incorrect or faulty.

You are eligible for a refund if:

You return the item in unused condition within 14 days of delivery.

Your item is not delivered within the guaranteed delivery time (60 days, excluding 2–5 days for processing).
Refunds will not be issued if:

Delivery failed due to exceptional circumstances (e.g. customs delays, natural disasters).

The return request is made after the 14-day return period (unless it qualifies under the delivery guarantee).

If approved, your refund will be processed within 14 days and applied to your original payment method.

📦 Lost or Undelivered Packages

We are not responsible for orders lost due to incorrect address details provided at checkout.

❌ Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled or modified within 12 hours of purchase.

After this period, if your order has already been processed or shipped, you’ll need to return it upon delivery in order to receive a refund (excluding shipping costs).
